ISO Standards Identification

November 8^th 2022, A training conference with the topic of ISO standards identification was held successfully at Surechain. What is ISO standards? Here it mainly refers to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. It is one of the best known standards in the world that help enterprises to improve the quality of their products and services, and to consistently meet their customer's requirements and expectations.

ISO 9001 is the standard based on a number of quality management principles. It builds on seven quality management principles, which are customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement,evidence-based decision making and relationship management. It requires us defining our objectives accordingly and identifying the key processes for meeting our goals as well as making sure our senior management is on board to lead everyone form top and down be supportive of the objectives. Using ISO 9001 ensures that our customers get consistent, good-quality products and services.

ISO 14001 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that we can use to enhance our environmental performance. ISO 14001 is intended for use by us seeking to manage our environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability, which provide value for the environment, ourselves and our interested parties.

ISO 45001 specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system, and gives detail guidance for its use, to enable us to provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as by proactively improving our OH&S performance. It also enables us to integrate other aspects of health and safety, such as worker wellness/well-being.
